TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Our quotations:

Reflects the VAT separately where applicable
Is aircraft specific and is thus subject to aircraft serviceability and availability
Is subject to industry and related fuel price fluctuations
Is valid for fourteen (14) days should you not have confirmed your flight in the meantime Does not include travel insurance

Includes the following:

Aircraft costs including crew, fuel and maintenance;Air navigation, en route and approach charges;
Air Passenger Service Charges (departure taxes); and Fuel and Insurance Surcharges

2. Should there be any en-route changes or delays as a result of compliance with the requirements of international law or national legislation or subordinate legislation; you or your passenger’s changed requirements; unserviceability of the aircraft beyond Flight One Aviation reasonable control; safety of the aircraft; safety of the aircraft’s crew; and/or safety of you or your passengers, any additional costs arising from such changes and/or delays (excluding the cost of repairing the aircraft, but including the costs of arranging an alternative aircraft) shall become payable by you in addition to the quoted price.

3. Payment shall be made no later than 72 hours prior to departure by either Cash, bank guaranteed cheque or direct bank deposit. An additional 5% bank charge will be levied for all credit card payments. Kindly effect payment directly into the following bank account for direct deposits:

Cancellation Fees:

All cancellations more than 48 hours prior to flight will attract a 30% cancellation fee.
All cancellation within 24-48 hours of the flight will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
No refund will be made if a flight is cancelled on the day of the flight.
A missed flight or "no show" is considered a cancellation.
A flight may be postponed without cancellation charges if it is requested more than 72 hours prior to flight.
Refund for cancellation of compassionate grounds will be at the discretion of Flight One Aviation.
If a flight has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or technical issues Flight One Aviation will refund the amount in full or offer an alternative flight at no extra cost.

Note: These are our general cancellation terms which may vary slightly depending on the aircraft contracted. Date of positioning flight is considered as date of departure (this may not always be the day of YOUR departure as it is occasionally necessary to position the previous day, to accommodate early departures, crew duty etc).

5. In the event of a conflict in the region of the destination, the contract will become null and void.

6. Brokerage: Should Flight One Aviation fly by order of a third party (brokerage), the broker and the customer are jointly and severally liable to Flight One Aviation for the fulfillment of all payments. Flight One Aviation offers to brokers are net and do not include any commission.

7. Smoking is not permitted onboard Flight One Aviation flights.

8. Passenger baggage is limited to 15kg per passenger of small, soft bags, which may easily be loaded into the baggage hold. However Flight One Aviation reserves the right to provide further limitations on passenger baggage in accordance to civil aviation regulations regarding aircraft safety.

9. Dangerous goods must be declared as per dangerous goods regulations. Goods must be packaged and marked correctly according to the appropriate authorities.

10. You acknowledge that all applicable health, exit, entry, tax, visa, customs, and other legal and statutory formalities to be complied with by aircraft passengers are not Flight One Aviation responsibility. You hereby indemnify Flight One Aviation from any claim or damage which may be suffered from the flight other than claims or damage caused by Flight One Aviation own negligence or willful misconduct.
